Brief info
I came to Jesus in the year 1999 when I was only 16 years old. I had been fond of music ever since I was a little kid, eventually growing up to become a music producer, director, and musician. I began playing worship music around 2007. By 2010, I had produced several albums, including a handful of Christian ones. It was through these albums that I was referred to a Christian singer-songwriter who wanted to record her first album. This singer-songwriter would soon become my wife, Carmen Manzo-Alomoto. Together, we have two beautiful children, Elise and Elijah.
Together, Carmen and I began our ministry in the worship team, directing the band and leading the congregation in worship. During this time, we recorded two albums and several singles in Spanish. It was during this period that both Carmen and I felt called to ministry, prompting us to pursue pastoral work. In 2020, Carmen recorded her first single in English, "I Have Decided," which was a contemporary version of the traditional hymn "I Have Decided to Follow Jesus." In 2021, Carmen and I recorded our first original song in English, "Lord Live in Me."
Carmen and I joined Crossroads Family Church in 2019. As I approached my 40s, I felt a second ministerial calling and a desire to serve, this time in our nation's U.S. Army. The ministerial calling I experienced in the Army led me to serve as an Army chaplain, beginning my Army career as a chaplain assistant.
I like my coffee instant Nescafe with half a spoon of sugar.
